Pallet Service - Very large or heavy consignments may arrive by pallet delivery service. Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm

Q1. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
A1. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK.
Q3. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR GETS LOST?
A3. DON'T WORRY. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives on time and intact. But, in the event of Loss or Damage in Transit, we will take full responsibility. We will get a replacement out ASAP, or give you a full refund if that's not possible.
Q4. DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
A4. YES. The delivery companies insist on a signature for insurance purposes. On request, we can arrange to leave items in a safe place, but the recipient would have to assume responsibility for any loss. We will provide tracking information when available.
Q5. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNSUITABLE?
A4. You have 14 days to decide. Just let us know and then arrange to return your order for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
