FREE Standard Delivery - Unless stated otherwise, all items are delivered FREE on our Standard Service - Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm

Pallet Service - Very large or heavy consignments may arrive by pallet delivery service. Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm

FAQs

Q1. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A1. YES WE DO! Most of our products can be shippped, just give us your address and ask for a quote.

Q2. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE VAT IN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU?
A2. NO YOU DON'T. But you should be aware that there may be charges imposed by Customs & Excise, such as Import Tax and this is the reposibility of the buyer. There may be no additional charges at all, but this depends on the item ordered and the country of destination.

Q3. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR GETS LOST?
A3. DON'T WORRY. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives on time and intact. But, in the event of Loss or Damage in Transit, we will take full responsibility. We will get a replacement out ASAP, or give you a full refund if that's not possible.

Q4. DO I NEED TO BE IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
A4. YES. The delivery companies insist on a signature for insurance purposes. On request, we can arrange to leave items in a safe place, but the recipient would have to assume responsibilty for any loss. We will provide tracking information when available.

Q5. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNSUITABLE?
A4. You have 14 days to decide. Just let us know and then arrange to return your order for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
